Land Evaluation for Community Center in Texas

I'm seeking an experienced land evaluator to assess a Leander, Texas property for building a large public community center, complete with parking and outdoor spaces. No extensive report needed at this point. Prefer the person to visit and give a quick report so that we can make a go/no-go decision. Knowledge of the local area is important. Due to this need, only bidders in and around Austin need submit a proposal.

The evaluation should cover:
- Water and drainage conditions
- Buildable area, access, and road rights-of-way
- Environmental risks and permit requirements

You will be provided with a survey, site plan, or aerial map, and previous environmental, drainage, or engineering reports.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Background in land surveying, environmental science, or civil engineering
- Familiarity with local regulations and permitting processes
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical site documents
