Head Chef (Café Cuisine)

Cook and plan western café (with HK style) menus (breakfast sets, light meals, snacks, drinks); Lead kitchen operations to ensure quality and consistency standards; Supervise and train staff; Manage food costs, inventory and suppliers, ensure hygiene compliance, and drive café profitability through efficient operations

Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; 3 years or above café chef exp.;Good cooking & menu design skills;Able to lead small kitchen team;Exp. in working with Special Edu. Needs staff pref.

$20,000 - $30,000 per month(Depends on exp.), with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Annual Leave 12 days and Medical Insurance, Mon,Wed to Sun: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
