Responsibilities
負責管理整個燒味生產流程, 包括叉燒、燒鵝、燒鴨、乳豬、油雞、切雞生產工作等；執行場地衞生要求；負責管理出品質素 (有管理燒味生產線相關工作經驗優先)
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; With 5 years or above food manufacturing exp.; Familiar with operating production machines & equipment, quality management & control procedures
Employment Terms
$28,450 - $38,000 per month, with Award, Birthday Leave, Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave, 親聚假, 恩恤假, 辛勞津貼, 獎金 and Promotion Opportunity, 4:00AM-2:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day
