Responsibilities
Motivate chefs, prepare schedules, control and supervise quality, handling errors and accidents that occur during the service; Maintain a high standard of all food preparation, service, hygiene and work safety in respective kitchens, according to the standards required by the Group; Plan and implement menu cycles and special menus by taking consideration of the latest trends in food presentation
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 8 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$37,000 - $40,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, Purchase Discount and Medical Benefits, 12:00PM-10:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 - 10 working hours per day
