Responsibilities
負責所屬區域各餐廳出品管理工作，確保品質、人力成本及五常衞生等符合公司要求標準；管理人事工作包括督導、人力編排及培訓等，保持整體運作流暢；日常巡視和監督廚房環境清潔及安全；了解餐廳食材用具及存庫和消耗情況，控制成本，降低消耗；處理客人投訴及定期檢討營運程序，帶領員工提供優質服務
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 6 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具區域及廚房管理工作經驗優先；具應變、分析及領導技巧，有效帶領團隊維持良好運作；工作勤奮及有責任感
Employment Terms
$28,000 - $35,000 per month, with Birthday Leave , Purchase Discount, Medical Benefits, Meal provided, Marriage Leave , Promotion Opportunity, 管理人分紅, 親聚假, 恩恤假, 6:00AM-10:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 10 working hours per day, (建議及制定飲食推銷策略)
