Responsibilities
負責牌照與食安合規，全面負責香港食環署(FEHD)食物製造廠牌照續期、巡查與合規；主導HACCP及食物安全計劃執行；生產與營運管理，統籌每日生產排程、冷鏈控溫及庫存(FIFO)；嚴格控制原料損耗、廢品率與生產成本；品質與衞生管控，帶領QA團隊制訂檢驗標準，處理客訴與根因分析；團隊與行政管理
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Chinese Typing; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 具3年或以上香港食品製造廠管理經驗；具三文魚、水產加工、日本料理或冷凍肉類加工經驗優先
Employment Terms
$23,000 - $25,000 per month (熟悉僱傭條例、香港食環署(FEHD)法例及標籤法規), 10:00AM-7:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 8 - 9 working hours per day
