Job Title: External Social Media Manager – Part Time
Company: Oman based international real estate company
Working Hours: 3–4 hours per day

Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, organised Social Media Manager to manage Instagram content for our Residential, Commercial and Short Stay teams. You will maintain a consistent Savills brand presence, showcase our properties and services, and create engaging content that supports enquiries and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and maintain a content calendar, balancing coverage across all three teams.
• Create, schedule and publish Instagram posts, Stories and Reels using Savills branding and approved templates.
• Write engaging captions, property highlights and calls to action, with accurate contact details.
• Draft new articles and adapt approved property news, market updates and company announcements into social content.
• Coordinate with team representatives to collect photographs, videos, property details and updates.
• Produce simple graphics and edit short videos using Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain organised Story Highlights for Residential, Commercial and Short Stay.
• Monitor comments and direct messages, directing enquiries promptly to the relevant team.
• Track performance and provide a concise monthly report covering reach, engagement, enquiries and suggested improvements.
• Check content accuracy and obtain internal approval before publishing.
Skills and Experience
• Experience managing Instagram accounts for businesses, ideally within property, hospitality or lifestyle.
• Strong written English, attention to detail and an eye for design.
• Confident using Canva, Instagram scheduling tools and basic video editing software.
• Able to manage content from several teams and meet agreed deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently as an external service provider.
• Knowledge of the Oman prop erty market and Arabic language skills would be an advantage.
Reporting
Work closely with the Head of Residential Agency, Commercial and Short Stay Managers to agree priorities and deliver consistent, timely content.
