Hiring: Academic Content Rewriter / Editor (20,000-30,000 Words)

I am looking for an experienced academic content rewriter/editor to manually rewrite and refine a document of approximately 20,000-30,000 words in professional, natural, and academically appropriate English.

Requirements:

* Rewrite the content manually without using any AI writing, paraphrasing, or humanization tools.
* Ensure the writing is natural, coherent, original, and maintains a formal academic tone.
* Improve sentence structure, vocabulary, grammar, clarity, and overall readability.
* Preserve the original meaning, research findings, and academic arguments.
* Maintain accurate Harvard-style referencing, including in-text citations and the reference list.
* Ensure the document meets academic integrity and originality standards.
* The document will be provided in Word format with existing Harvard references.
