Responsibilities
負責及管理水喉、渠務、裝修 / 加改工地工程；與建築公司 / 顧問 / 則師 / 判頭溝通，並與供應商聯絡及訂購材料；每日向上司 / 工程經理匯報 / 溝通，撰寫簡單中 / 英文信及報告 (with Year-end Bonus and Promotion Opportunity)
Requirements
Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; MS Word; MS Excel; Green Card; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; AutoCAD
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $38,000 per month(Depends on academic qualification and experience), with Award (視乎表現及工地盈利而定) and 偏遠地區上班有交通津貼, Mon to Sat: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 如假期須上班, 調其他日子休息
