Secondary 3; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Eng/Chi PC operation; With 2 - 3 years building / property maintenance experience; With Electricity Licence A is preferred

$25,000 - $26,000 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu, Double Pay, Annual Leave 12 days, Dental Scheme, Medical Benefits, Promotion Opportunity, Shift Allowance and Year-end Bonus, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:30PM-11:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 8 working hours per day, (6 working days per week once a month)
