Head Chef (School Canteen - Admiralty)

Responsible for preparing and cooking Chinese-style and Western-style meals, ensuring food quality and taste meet standards; managing the kitchen's food production process, including ordering, receiving and checking ingredients, storage, and inventory turnover; supervising daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow; supervising kitchen assistants and cleaning staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring efficient teamwork

Secondary 3; 5 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Meticulous and patient at work, willing to follow the work instructions from the management

$27,000 per month (3-month probation), Mon to Fri: 7:00AM-4:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
