Responsibilities
按照業主要求統籌、協調及安排前線執行工作並定期對工作全面檢討及建議；每日巡查各處地方衞生清潔、園藝綠化、球場草坪養護、游泳池養護及屋面排水系統清潔等工作；提出合理及可行的改善建議；與工程部溝通協調，制訂維修及保養方案以確保所有樓房及機電設備完好及正常操作
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; MS Word; MS PowerPoint; MS Excel; Chinese Typing; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; 有物管相關證書或文憑, 持有駕駛執照優先
Employment Terms
$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 8:30AM-5:30PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
