Responsibilities
Responsible for the venue's electricity or central air-conditioning system's daily maintenance, regular inspection and repair work; Assist in following up and completing project works; handle emergency repair services;工作需髹漆及裝飾(僱主額外6%強積金供款及人壽保險)
Requirements
Primary 6; 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 持有「髹漆及裝飾工」熟練技工/大工；具5年或以上相關工作經驗；有物管行業經驗優先
Employment Terms
$22,000-$25,000 per month,with Annual Leave 11 days,Birthday Leave 1 day,Discretionary Bonus,Purchase Discount,Medical Benefits, Medical Insurance, 9:00AM-6:00PM/2:30PM-11:30PM/11:00PM-8:00AM, 5.5 working days per week, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day(包括1小時用膳時間),半天工作4小時
