Social Media Customer Service Specialist

Monitor social media for brand and product discussions, responding to user inquiries, feedback and negative comments; Use AI tools to research, verify information and improve responses; Craft professional, thoughtful English replies that protect the brand's reputation; Identify misinformation and potential PR risks, escalating issues when needed; Stay updated on product and Web3 knowledge to improve response quality

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Familiar with using social media; With good independent judgment skill; Able to use AI tools at work

$18,000 - $25,000 per month (首6個月以遙距工作為主), Mon to Fri: 10:00AM-7:00PM, 5 working days per week, 7 - 8 working hours per day, 一般無需超時工作 (按工作需要查看及回應平台訊息)
