Responsibilities
協助餐廳經理管理餐廳日常營運及確保運作暢順; 監察營運表現，並積極提出改善建議以提升效率及顧客滿意度; 為員工提供培訓、工作指導及績效評估; 處理顧客查詢及投訴; 協助推行新餐牌、推廣活動及營運項目; 處理日常行政文書工作
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$27,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Tips, Discretionary Bonus, Medical Benefits and Promotion Opportunity, 12:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 11 working hours per day
