Responsibilities
Provide customer service and sales support by answering customer queries via email, mainly from the USA and UK markets; Process sales orders; Maintain customer service documentation and internal databases to optimize team operations
Requirements
Secondary 5; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Good written and communication skills in English; Welcome fresh graduates
Employment Terms
$15,000 - $17,000 per month, with On-the-job Training and Double Pay, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
