Building Services Mechanic

Responsible for general duties of Building Services Mechanic, Handling daily inspection, maintenance & repair of building equipment, water, electricity, air-conditioning; Assisting to deal with emergency repair services; Following up building maintenance progress (With Allowances $300 per month and Year-end Bonus)

Primary 6; 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Electricity Licence A

$17,000 - $23,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Good Attendance Bonus, Bank Holiday, Purchase Discount, Medical Insurance, New Comer Award $3000 and Performance Award, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-5:00PM, 6 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, (需要時需超時工作)
