**Freelance Personal Loan Sales Associates – Payout/Commission Basis | Delhi NCR**

We are looking for freelance sales associates, loan connectors, partners, and independent business development professionals to generate Personal Loan leads and business in Delhi NCR for Piramal Finance, subject to applicable company onboarding and authorization.

**Job Responsibilities:**

* Generate genuine Personal Loan leads through your own network and market contacts.
* Connect with eligible salaried customers looking for Personal Loans.
* Collect and submit customer details and documents only through authorized channels.
* Coordinate with the sales team for application processing and follow-ups.
* Maintain professional customer relationships and follow company policies.

**Work Model:**

* Freelance / connector basis.
* Payout or commission based on eligible business, as per the approved payout structure and applicable terms.
* Flexible working hours.
* Suitable for individuals with experience in Personal Loans, banking, NBFCs, sales, and customer acquisition.
* Delhi NCR candidates preferred.

**Requirements:**

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.
* Existing customer network or lead-generation experience preferred.
* Ability to generate genuine and eligible Personal Loan leads.
* Compliance with applicable KYC, customer consent, data privacy, and company policies.
