Remote FreePBX PRI Setup

I need an Asterisk engineer who can jump on AnyDesk and finish configuring our on-premise PBX. The box is already running Linux with FreePBX; what’s missing is the detailed setup and testing.

Hardware & lines
• Digium/Sangoma PRI card handling a single E1 span that carries both of our business numbers.
• No SIP trunks—everything rides on the E1.

Scope of work
1. Verify the existing OS/FreePBX install, apply any critical updates, and make sure DAHDI sees the card cleanly.
2. Program the span, clocks, signalling, and channels so inbound and outbound calls flow for the two listed DIDs.
3. Create nine laptop SIP extensions and four Android SIP extensions, all on a static LAN.
4. Implement caller-ID presentation, simple IVR or direct routing to extensions, and internal dial plans.
5. Turn on full-time call recording (inbound and outbound) and ensure CDR logging is accurate.
6. Assign a static public IP and verify NAT/firewall rules so softphones work off-site if required.
7. Walk through test calls, record sample audio, export CDR, and hand over admin credentials with a quick rundown of what was changed.
