The role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person for ongoing outreach to international job seekers in the US, inviting them to try our free extension. This is a long-term, part-time monthly role, starting with a 1-week paid trial. For the right person, this is steady long-term work, and we’re open to increasing pay as results grow.

What you’ll do

Find international students and professionals in the US who have posted on LinkedIn that they’re looking for jobs (OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B)
Send about 15–20 personalized LinkedIn connection requests a day, using our message templates
Send the extension link to people who are interested, using the tracking links we provide
Keep a simple Google Sheet of requests sent, accepted, replies and links sent
Later: find relevant online groups (Facebook, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp) and share our content there, following each group’s rules
Send a short weekly report

Timing
Our audience is in the US, so outreach works best during US hours: evening or early morning India time. Research and sheet updates can be done any time.

Requirements

An active LinkedIn account you’re comfortable using for outreach
Good written English
Available at least 2–3 hours a day, including US hours
Careful and respectful: no spam. Our brand depends on trust in the community.
Nice to have: outreach or lead-generation experience; understanding of the international student community in the US

Trial week (paid: ₹5,000 INR)

Find 100 relevant job seekers on LinkedIn and track them in a sheet
Send about 15–20 connection requests a day using our templates
Send links to interested people
Share a short report at the end of the week

Please note: the posted budget range covers the ongoing work. The trial week itself is a fixed ₹5,000 INR.

After a successful trial, this becomes a monthly engagement, with the amount based on your availability and results.
