Cards submission apps with database

we are helping customers to send their cards to grading comapny like PSA, BGS, CGC and GEA, and i want to make a automatic order system for customer to fillin when they visit our shop, for them to choose grading service plan which can show estimated days, price and insured value, and we can upload photos immediately, database storage, auto-send preset with placeholders for name and service message through whatsapp when we submitted their cards which we may update the submission number to the database, then use like pivot table to find certain lot or submissions. After they submitted the cards, input certain information, then auto-generate an invoice and print it out for them. When submitting the order, we don't need to enter the card's name also for the invoice, just show the service as the item column instead of the card name. and multiple items can be included together, like PSA card grade only Standard and be together with PSA autograph grade only Priority and with other like BGS and CGC

please add one more function, that if i assigned multiple customer a lot number, can i send the whatsapp message according the the lot number instead of sending one by one,
