PROJECT OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced software development company or qualified team to build and launch SPRINTER ONE™, a modern, user-friendly shipping and logistics platform. The platform should offer essential capabilities comparable to established shipping services such as FedEx or UPS, but with a simpler, cost-effective architecture. We are not seeking to replicate the full infrastructure of a major carrier.

We prefer a phased Minimum Viable Product (MVP) approach, focusing first on core shipping operations and leaving advanced capabilities for future releases.

1. CUSTOMER WEBSITE
- Responsive branded website; customer registration, login, and account dashboard
- Shipping request creation; pickup and delivery address management
- Shipping quotes and rate calculation; secure online payments
- Shipment tracking, shipping history, and email/SMS notifications
- Customer support/contact functionality

2. MOBILE APPLICATIONS (iOS AND ANDROID)
- Secure registration, login, and profile management
- Create shipping requests, receive quotes, and schedule pickups
- Track shipments, view history, and receive push notifications
- Secure payments and customer support access
- Clean, consistent SPRINTER ONE™ branding and intuitive design

3. ADMINISTRATOR DASHBOARD
- Manage customers, shipping orders, pickup/delivery requests, and shipping rates
- Update shipment statuses and view payment transactions
- Operational reporting, customer inquiries, activity monitoring, and system settings
- Role-based administrative access with full company-owner control

4. SHIPPING AND TRACKING
- Unique shipment tracking numbers and shipment status history
- Pickup confirmation, in-transit updates, and delivery confirmation
- Basic shipment reporting; advanced GPS tracking may be deferred to a later phase

5. BACKEND, SECURITY, AND INTEGRATIONS
- Scalable backend, secure database, APIs, authentication, and payment integration
- Cloud hosting, access controls, data protection, and automated backups
- Documented system architecture, integrations, and maintenance procedures
- Disclosure of all third-party services, licenses, and recurring costs

6. SOURCE CODE, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, AND HANDOVER
- Complete delivery of custom application, website, backend, and dashboard source code
- Transfer of code repositories and administrative control to company-owned accounts
- Contractual assignment of custom-developed intellectual property upon payment
- Technical documentation, secure credential handover, and independent maintainability

7. TESTING AND FINAL DELIVERY
