Responsibilities
負責獨立處理日常各設施及系統的維護保養、檢查、維修及緊急故障處理工作; 履行主管指派的其他職務; 撰寫工作紀錄, 物料清單及檢查報告
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Metal Scaffolder; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; 持有拆卸督導訓練證書優先, 能獨立處理大樓水電,冷氣通風, 油漆泥水及木工維修工作
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Birthday Leave , Medical Benefits, Meal provided and Year-end Bonus, 8:00AM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
