Responsibilities
Provide technical support and service management for broadband, VOIP, SIM router, and Microsoft Office, handle customer enquiries, handle troubleshooting faults, coordinate with teams/vendors, and ensure service quality
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English
Employment Terms
$17,000 - $19,000 per month, 8:00AM-5:00PM or 2:30PM-11:30PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday
