Responsibilities
Manage and monitor telecom service orders end-to-end, ensuring accurate processing, timely delivery, effective stakeholder coordination and compliance with SLAs
Requirements
Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English
Employment Terms
$13,000 - $15,000 per month, 9:00AM-6:00PM/ 12:00PM-9:00PM/ 2:00PM-11:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday
