Responsible for property advertising site acquisition in HK to meet annual targets; Responsible for developing channels with property management companies, Incorporated Owners, and developers; Negotiate with landlords and property stakeholders to implement partnerships; Evaluate property traffic and conditions to recommend installation locations; Prepare quotations and facilitate contract drafting and signing

Secondary 5; 2 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Word-processing; Chinese Typing
