General duties of Customer Services Assistant; Handling customers' enquiries and complaints; Handling the customer service hotline
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years of experience required; Fair Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua preferred; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read English ; Security Training Course Certificate (QAS); Security Personnel Permit
Employment Terms
$19,500 per month, with Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 7:30PM-7:30AM, 6 working days per week, shift holiday, 12 working hours per day, 包括1小時休息時間, 無需超時工作
