PDF to Word Conversion & Typing

I have several scanned, image-based PDF documents that need to be rebuilt in Microsoft Word so they look and read just like the originals. The work involves three key steps: accurate OCR or manual re-typing, careful Hindi and English typing where required, and final formatting so every heading, table, and page break sits exactly where it should.

I will send you a short sample file together with clear formatting notes; use this as the style guide for the entire batch. The finished Word files must open cleanly with no hidden text boxes, stray formatting marks, or unresolved styles.

When you respond, focus on your experience handling scanned PDFs and complex layouts in MS Word—particularly any projects that combined Hindi and English text. Please also share your typing speed and a realistic turnaround time for the full set so I can plan the hand-off. All charges need to be stated up front before we begin; once we agree on the scope, I expect the total cost to remain fixed unless I approve extra pages in writing.

Tools you are likely to rely on include Adobe Acrobat, ABBYY FineReader (or a similar OCR solution), and, of course, Word’s advanced style and table features. If you have a more efficient workflow, feel free to explain it briefly.

Deliverables
• Fully editable .docx files mirroring each source PDF page for page
• Correctly typed and proof-read Hindi and English text
• Intact tables, headings, and page numbering

I will review the first file; if everything aligns perfectly, we will proceed with the rest. Looking forward to working with someone who values precision as much as I do.
