100X is building a Solana token launchpad that brings meme token issuance, spot trading, leveraged long/short positions, and liquidation into one on-chain protocol. We are seeking an experienced Web3 growth operator, freelancer, or small team for a paid initial trial, with the opportunity to build a long-term working relationship.

Our distinctive product direction is native two-sided market infrastructure for newly issued assets: establishing pricing, trading pools, borrowing reserves, and liquidation structures when a token's market is created. Long and short positions use borrowing and margin mechanisms. Core pricing, positions, liquidation, and settlement follow on-chain program rules, with pricing derived from the asset's own AMM market. Available position sizes and leverage depend on reserves and liquidation capacity.

This creates a focused growth story for Solana users, meme creators, and experienced on-chain traders: a newly discovered token can have a market for both bullish and bearish views. Help us turn that story into clear education, genuine product participation, and a community that keeps improving the experience.

This engagement focuses on early user validation and operational preparation. Promotion and user trials must reflect the environment and features confirmed as available when work begins; this brief does not assume that every feature is already live on mainnet.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Propose a practical acquisition plan suited to the product's stage and your strongest market or channel.
- Execute a focused trial through one or a small number of channels you know well, such as X, Telegram, Discord, Reddit, creator communities, or relevant KOL partnerships. You do not need to cover every platform.
- Bring genuine new users to the website and help them complete an agreed first product experience.
- Create or coordinate clear product introductions, tutorials, community demonstrations, and basic user support. Collect feedback and identify onboarding obstacles.
- Track acquisition and product participation by channel, provide concise progress reports, and recommend the next steps.

INITIAL TRIAL AND LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY
This listing and your bid cover Phase 1 only: a fixed-price paid trial with a total service budget of US$200-500 for one agreed engagement cycle. This is not automatically a monthly salary or a commitment to later phases.

We will set a deliberately modest, accessible genuine-user target together before work starts. Please propose a realistic cycle length, scope, deliverables, user target, and total quote within the trial budget, explaining the basis for your estimate.

After a successful initial trial, we plan to discuss an expanded validation cycle at US$500-1,000. Once that phase meets its agreed goals, we intend to move into long-term collaboration, with pricing, cycle length, and performance measures negotiated separately.

Before awarding the trial, we will agree on the exact budget, duration, deliverables, milestone amounts, qualifying user actions, attribution, acceptance criteria, and payment arrangements. We will also agree on how to handle unmet targets, product unavailability, or measurement problems. Milestone payments will be handled through Freelancer according to the agreed deliverables and acceptance terms.

State clearly whether advertising, KOL fees, user incentives, or other third-party expenses are included in your quote or require a separate budget. Additional spending requires advance agreement.

HOW WE MEASURE RESULTS
Our primary performance measure is genuine new website users who complete agreed product actions, rather than follower counts or impressions alone.

Before the trial, we will define:
- The qualifying action, such as connecting a wallet and completing an agreed product experience in the available environment.
- The baseline, measurement period, attribution method, and evidence that both sides can review.
- Deduplication and quality checks. Repeat visits or multiple wallets belonging to the same person do not count as additional users. Bots, fake accounts, inflated metrics, and traffic without genuine participation are excluded.
- Acceptance criteria and any agreed retention or feedback requirements.

The initial target should stay simple and achievable. We value honest reporting and useful feedback, including when a channel does not work as expected.

WHO SHOULD APPLY
- Hands-on Web3 operations, community, or digital product growth experience. Solana, meme, launchpad, or DEX experience is especially relevant.
- Practical expertise in at least one content, community, or partnership channel, with responsibility for execution.
- Familiarity with wallets and basic on-chain product flows, and willingness to try the available product before promoting it.
- Ability to explain token launches and native long/short mechanisms clearly, without promising trading returns.
- Verifiable examples of previous work, reliable communication, and interest in starting with a small paid trial and growing into a longer engagement.

If you have relevant regional, language, community, or creator connections, describe the resources and your actual relationship with them.
