Software Pre-Sales and Support Engineer

Analyzes client workflows to prepare proposals, demos, pricing, and tender specs for AI, Digital Twin, and SaaS workflow platforms while helping sales advance deals. Core duties include configuring PoCs, providing onboarding, training, and troubleshooting, and coordinating technical teams. The position aligns handovers with product/delivery teams, maintains demos/FAQs, and attends Hong Kong client sites as needed.

Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; General Internet Knowledge; Presales/support experience; AI, Digital Twin, BIM, and SaaS knowledge preferred.
