Responsibilities
General Level-3 Technical Support Specialist duties, providing Level 3 support to end-user incidents and service requests, primarily for life sciences customers
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With expertise in Desktop, MS AD and IT security
Employment Terms
$30,000 - $33,000 per month, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 5 working days per week
