Responsibilities
負責廢金屬環保回收工廠及貿易工作, 每週向董事會彙報跨部門項目進度; 總經理辦公會議的議題策劃、決議撰寫及閉環跟進; 跨境商務接待與應酬, 統籌中港兩地客戶及政府機構的商務接待, 包括晚宴安排、禮儀協調、即時應變; 陪同總經理參與非固定時間的商務應酬等; 有需要時需到海外、內地出差
Requirements
Post-secondary (Post-graduate); 7 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fluent English preferred; Fluent Japanese; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 具企業內部督導工作經驗
Employment Terms
$23,000 - $26,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Bank Holiday and Discretionary Bonus, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week
