Responsibilities
General duties of Secretary, Providing full range of administrative support to the daily activities of managerial staff, General administrative and clerical duties, Taking care of any routine errands and daily matters for managerial staff, Required to work on site for most of the time
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 4 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Must have working experience in contractor company
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $27,000 per month, with Double Pay, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
