Responsibilities
General duties of Senior Surveyor (Quantity); Assisting in preparing contract documents; Drafting specifications and tender documents; Assisting in checking of accounts for engineering and maintenance works; Testing construction materials; Planning and coordinating site works
Requirements
Post-secondary (Bachelor Degree); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fluent Putonghua preferred; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; 具電力及木工的相關資格
Employment Terms
$40,000 - $55,000 per month(Depends on exp.), with Annual Leave 12 days, Double Pay, 公司醫療團體保險 and Overtime Allowance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day, 另有1小時用膳時間, 間中需要超時工作
