Senior Engineer/ Engineer/ Assistant Engineer

Responsible for project management, preparing BS/M&E/MEP/P&D/FS planning & design, etc.;Prepare budgets & control costs;Lead the team to ensure all design & site installation have complied with contractual & relevant statutory requirements;Project & resource management including managing subcontractors & vendors;Attend site & progress meetings;Coordination works with various parties, main contractor, consultants, subcontractors, etc.

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Green Card; AutoCAD; 能理解工程圖紙 (準備電力服務規劃、設計、電腦製圖、招標和計算)

$20,000 - $45,000 per month (Depends on experience), with Bank Holiday, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Insurance, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, 8 - 9 working hours per day, (執行公司/上司指派的相關工作)
