Responsibilities
主要負責監測地盤現場的鐵器施工進度，確保工人或分判商按照工程計劃按時完成; 作為主要溝通橋樑，負責協調大判、業主代表、內部項目經理以及前線鐵器工人; 跟進鐵器組件、鋼材等物料的到貨時間，並與物流部門協調安排物料運送到地盤; 圖紙跟進及繪圖; 報價
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; AutoCAD; 持有私家車駕駛執照優先
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days and Promotion Opportunity, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, Alt. Sat off
