Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide a full range of administrative support to the team; Manage daily schedule for senior management, e.g. arranging flight booking and hotel booking; Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare meeting materials; Provide assistance in data management, expenses claim, documentation etc.
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; With 1 - 3 years experience in admin/secretarial/PA/EA/clerical support duties
Employment Terms
$19,000 - $22,000 per month, with Double Pay, Annual Leave 14 days, Bank Holiday, Incentive Bonus and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, (Support ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned)
