Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Responsible for onsite quantity surveying services in all financial and contractual matters of projects assigned; Preparation of quantities and coordination with Project Manager/ess and Procurement Department for material ordering; Preparing bills of quantities; Preparing and handing contract payment applications and final accounts related matters

Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 1 year of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge

$20,000 - $25,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days, Bank Holiday, Year-end Bonus, Promotion Opportunity and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, Alt. Sat off
