Responsibilities
Monitor sitework progress and contractor; Inspect contractor's works and witnessing system testing; Coordinate and resolve construction site issues; Prepare project related documentation(2-year contract) (Level 2 or above in HKDSE or Grade E or above in HKCEE; With 3 yrs post exp. in site supervision)
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Diploma/Higher Cert. in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering equivalent
Employment Terms
$31,795 per month, with Overtime Time-off in lieu , Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM or 8:30AM-5:30PM, 5 working days per week, 9 working hours per day, 包括1小時午膳時間;Overnight work maybe required occasionally
