Manage site operations,handle all site matters,arrange workers duties,manage wokers,coordinate work process,etc.,contact sub-contractors to ensure quality meets requirements and supervise construction schedule;Liaise w/customers,contractors,outsourcers, etc. to supervise project progress;on-site work & measuring duties, etc. (持有T1證書和懂看圖則，具拆樓建築工作經驗，持有安全督導員證書/急救牌/駕駛執照優先)

Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Word-processing; Green Card; Eng/Chi PC operation; Construction Workers Registration Card; Basic Computer Operation Knowledge; (2yrs of exp. in Civil/Structural Engineering & holder of Higher Cert. or Diploma;Or 5yrs of rel. exp. in Civil/Structural Engineering)

$28,000 - $42,000 per month (depends on working experience), with Discretionary Bonus, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week
