Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for pre-contract documentation, including bills of quantities and contract specifications, tendering procedures; Providing post-contract services, including measurement of work, preparation of interim and final payment certificates, VO documents and progress reports etc.
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 10 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Bachelor's Degree / High Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent; With MHKIS or MRICS qualification
Employment Terms
$50,000 - $70,000 per month(depends on exp), with Double Pay and Year-end Bonus, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
