Responsibilities
General duties of Site Agent; Monitoring the work progress and safety; Responsible for receiving and carrying out instructions and directions from Project Manager/ress; Handling all correspondence from and to the Project Manager/ress on all contractual and financial matters as the Contractor's Representative
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 10 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; 持有工程相關高級文憑/學士學位
Employment Terms
$60,000 - $70,000 per month(depends on exp.), with Double Pay and Year-end Bonus, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
