Responsibilities
General duties of Surveyor (Quantity); Assisting in preparing contract documents; Drafting specifications and tender documents; Assisting in checking accounts for engineering and maintenance works
Requirements
Post-secondary (Sub-degree); 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card
Employment Terms
$30,000 - $40,000 per month (depends on experience), with Bank Holiday, Medical Insurance, Discretionary Bonus, Annual Leave 12 days and Birthday Leave 1 day, Mon to Fri: 8:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 8:00AM-12:00PM, 5 - 5.5 working days per week, 10 working hours per day, Alt. Sat off
