Responsibilities
Prepare precise and detailed technical drawings; Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of all drafts, revisions and project files; Oversee the daily operations and progress of assigned job sites; Coordinate with sub-contractors to conduct thorough inspections of site conditions
Requirements
Secondary 6; 3 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair English ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; AutoCAD
Employment Terms
$18,000 - $23,000 per month, with Annual Leave 11 days and Birthday Leave 1 day, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM, 5 working days per week, 8 working hours per day
