Responsibilities
負責商場及商廈之日常維修及保養工作, 監管技工及承判商, 維持工程部運作暢順及處理突發工程事宜
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Able to read & write simple English ; Green Card; Electricity Licence A; Construction Workers Registration Card; 需有物業維修經驗
Employment Terms
$33,000 - $34,000 per month, with Annual Leave 12 days, Discretionary Bonus and Medical Benefits, 7:30AM-4:30PM, 2:30PM-11:30PM or 11:30PM-8:30AM, 5 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
