Responsibilities
負責一般工料測量師工作, 申請工程糧款及變更估算、參與投標事宜、監控地盤收支、計算工程變更、管理合約等; 與大判進行談判，爭取符合預算的合約及取得工程糧款，確保工程符合經濟效益; 與承判商、供應商和其他建築公司進行談判及處理相關工作
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fluent Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Microsoft Office; Green Card; 良好中英文讀寫技巧，能獨立工作，具鋼鐵結構工程經驗優先
Employment Terms
$28,000 - $35,000 per month, with Discretionary Bonus, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 5 - 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
