General duties of Resident Works Supervisor (Holder of a Certificate in BS or Elect. or Mech Engineering. from HK Poly Uni./Polytechnic/HKIVE/technical institute/ technical college or equivalent; or 5 years or above local exp. as a skilled worker in the field of BS or Elect or Mech Engg.) (2-year Contract)

Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; Green Card; Certificate of Competent Person of Confined Spaces Operation; Certificate of Certified Worker of Confined Spaces Operation; Certificate for Safety Supervisors; Level 2 or above in English Lang. in HKDSE or equivalent; Secondary 3 standard or above in Chinese Lang.

$31,795 - $36,850 per month, with Annual Leave 14 days, Bank Holiday, Dental Scheme and Medical Benefits, Mon to Sat: 8:00AM-6:00PM, 6 working days per week, 9 working hours per day
