Responsibilities
負責協助處理屋苑或商廈的日常維修及保養工作, 主要負責油漆工作
Requirements
No requirement on academic qualification; 2 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Able to read & write simple Chinese ; Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 懂調色、去除舊漆、批灰或鬆脫的漆皮、塗刷防潮、防水、防霉或抗腐蝕的專用塗料等
Employment Terms
$20,000 per month, with Overtime Allowance, Annual Leave 12 days, Medical Benefits and Performance Award, 8:30AM-5:30PM or 2:00PM-11:00PM, 6 working days per week, on shift, shift holiday, 9 working hours per day
