Responsibilities
負責泥水工作：牆身修補、批灰、防水處理及地面磚面修繕; 木工：門框、櫃體、木地板及一般木製設施的修繕; 油漆：牆壁髹漆、翻新及局部執漏; 其他支援：兼顧簡單水電或五金維修（如門鎖、水喉等）
Requirements
Secondary 5; 3 years and 8 months of experience required; Fluent Cantonese preferred; Fair Putonghua ; Fair English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Plumber (ITT); Painter (ITT); Green Card; Construction Workers Registration Card; 持有電業工程人員註冊證明書（A 牌或以上）；具註冊小型工程承建商（公司）之獲授權簽署資格（AS）
Employment Terms
$22,000 - $30,000 per month, with Annual Leave 10 days, Bank Holiday, Birthday Leave 1 day, Medical Benefits, Marriage Leave, 家庭照顧假及恩恤假, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-5:30PM, 5 working days per week
