Responsibilities
Leading the team in project tendering, submission & execution; Responsible for project management, budgeting, submission of required documents; Communicate with external stakeholders; Monitoring project progress; Ensure compliance with required quality, safety standards & statutory requirements
Requirements
Post-secondary (Diploma/Certificate); 5 years of experience required; Fluent Cantonese ; Fair Putonghua ; Fluent English ; Able to read & write Chinese ; Able to read & write English ; AutoCAD; 良好溝通技巧, 具責任心, Proactive at work, with analytical mindset, good team player
Employment Terms
$25,000 - $30,000 per month, with Year-end Bonus and Medical Benefits, Mon to Fri: 9:00AM-6:00PM and Sat: 9:00AM-1:00PM, 5.5 working days per week, (Proficient in PC applications(e.g. Project))
